Resort Parking

Complimentary parking is available in lots adjacent to all lodging buildings and The Clubhouse. Although we are out in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, please don’t forget to lock your vehicle and secure any valuables throughout your stay.

Housekeeping

Before you arrive, your room will have been cleaned from top to bottom. In-stay housekeeping is available to you upon request, and we’ll be happy to deliver anything you need right away. Contact our Front Desk Team at extension “0” from your room or text our digital concierge.

Phone & Internet

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, and telephones are provided in-room for on-property, local, and long-distance calls. If you’re having any issues logging on to the internet, please contact our partner BlueprintRF at (830) 537-4612 for assistance.

Pet Policy

Your furry friends are welcome at Tapatio! Up to two pets per room, cats and dogs under 75 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee applies: $75/pet for the first night, $25/pet per remaining night, with a $150 max/stay.

We’re committed to protecting the beauty of our Texas Hill Country by continuously working to reduce our environmental impact.

Additional Policies

All reservations include a nightly $24 Resort Fee that provides guests with access to our pool areas, fitness center, disc golf, driving range and practice greens, weekend live music, in-room water bottles and coffee, parking, and WiFi. Our guest rooms and suites are smoke-free rooms. An extra $250 deep-cleaning charge will be applied if violated.

The Resort Course

Open Daily, our 18-hole Resort Course offers top-tier golfing amidst Texas Hill Country’s live oak trees. With its scenic views and diverse layout, it’s enjoyable for all skill levels. Call our Pro Shop at (830) 537-4197, or extension “5000” to set up a tee time or lesson.

Disc Golf Course

Test your luck (or refine your skills) on our brand new 9-hole disc golf course open daily for Members and Resort Guests. Check in at The Golf Pro Shop and head out for a fun and challenging afternoon. $10 to rent 2 discs, or complimentary with your own. Open Daily

Fitness Center

Immerse yourself in wellness at our Fitness Center, equipped with top-tier amenities, providing rejuvenation amidst Hill Country’s natural allure.

Songwriter’s Series

Enjoy great food, refreshing drinks, and live music from our favorite local artists every Friday and Saturday from 6:30 to 10:30 PM on the La Cascada Table & Bar Patio—because in the Hill Country, good eats and good tunes go hand-in-hand.

Trivia Night

Put your knowledge to the test every Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM on the La Cascada Patio with rotating rounds of Trivia and Name That Tune. Compete for fun and prizes—$10, $30, and $50 awarded to the top three teams!

Fire Pits, S’Mores & Stars

End your day around one of several oversized fire pits located across the resort, with a specialty s’mores kit or cocktail from La Cascada Table & Bar (available for purchase), some good company, and the big starry Hill Country sky above.

Golf Pro Shop

Open daily, the full-service Pro Shop, staffed with PGA professionals, is fully stocked with the latest in golf equipment and apparel to enhance your wardrobe or improve your game.

Walking Trails

Available daily, those looking to stay active and get a breath of fresh Hill Country air can explore our paved walking and running paths, located next to the Resort Golf Course Driving Range. Take in beautiful views of the surrounding Texas Hill Country without leaving the Resort.
