We help make meetings matter so you can get back to the fun stuff – golf! dining! exploring our 220 acres of Hill Country! We offer 111 guest rooms and suites to keep your guests comfy, as well as 14,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, plus expansive outdoor venues, to keep everyone productive. Additional amenities include a dedicated event services manager, creative experiences, pools, 18-hole golf course, disc golf, a full service restaurant, bar, and patio, weekend live music, fire pits, and more. We offer resort buyouts for 100 or more guests. Oh, and did we mention how convenient we are to downtown Boerne and San Antonio?

We do team building Texas-style. Camaraderie and connection come easy here, and our lineup of group activities are meant to inspire togetherness, promote teamwork, and create memories that’ll last long after you’ve all headed back to the office.

Live Music & Dueling Pianos

We offer live music - band, solo artist, or DJ to add ambience to your event. Our local musicians take your gathering to the next level. Or, ask about our Dueling Pianos experience, a lighthearted singalong and rock-n-roll show where the crowd determines the playlist - and there’s plenty of comedic commentary.

Hill Country Game Night

Yard games are a staple here in the Texas Hill Country! Choose one or pick all of our yard games for a casual, fun evening guaranteed to have everyone laughing. Choose from cornhole, bocce ball, ladder ball, yardzee, and giant Jenga. $25 per game.

Fore!

Groups love this Glow Ball drive, pitch and putt contest. Our golf professionals will set up and guide guests through a competition using glow-in-the-dark golf balls with an illuminated course and targets. $55 per Person | Minimum 10 People.

Vamos de Fiesta!

Margaritas, salsa, and guacamole are favorites in the Hill Country and these fun competitions will have you picking your next workplace masterchef. Teams are provided with a variety of ingredients, blenders, and tools to come up with their own creations. Each team’s recipe will be judged, with a winner selected! Margarita Making, $35 per person | Salsa or Guacamole Making, $30 per person | Maximum 36 people.

Disc Golf

Test your luck on our 6-hole Disc Golf course for a fun and challenging afternoon. $10 per person.

Axe Throwing

Axe Throwing is a target sport, similar to darts, and it’s on the rise! Prepare for high-intensity learning and pulse-pounding adrenaline as you and your comrades battle and overcome the challenges of properly throwing an axe. Prices vary | 2-hour minimum.

Escape Room

Looking for high-quality entertainment with a team-building twist? The Mobile Escape Room was specifically engineered for team-building events. Staff works with each group of players before and after their game to isolate and discuss the most important issues in the workplace and how to overcome them. Prices vary.

Name That Tune Night

“Name that Tune” is musical trivia which tests your knowledge of music through the decades … and will have you singing your way through the night. Prices vary.

Trivia Night

Test your general knowledge on a range of categories such as sports, history and music — or create your own theme! Prices vary.

Ballistic Bingo

We take the classic game of bingo and spice it up with spontaneous activities: anything from bar limbo to trashcan basketball, picture drawing, standup comedy, dart throwing, scavenger hunting, or anything else our zany Bingo Jockeys come up with! Prices vary.

Singo

Everyone loves singing along with their favorite songs — and who doesn’t love a competitive game of bingo? SINGO Music Bingo brings together the best of both worlds for a high-energy game that is fun for everyone. Simply listen to your favorite music, then match the songs to the titles on your music bingo cards. Prices vary.

Mixology Class

Choose three cocktails from our menu, and each guest will craft them at their own station with guidance from our expert bartender. Along the way, they'll learn about ingredients, history, and technique. It’s a fun, interactive experience—complete with recipe cards and a parting gift to take home. Prices vary | Minimum 10 guests

Paint with a Twist

Paint with a Twist” is a laid-back, no-pressure paint night—no experience needed. We provide all supplies, and our instructor guides the group step by step, making it easy (and fun!) to create a personal masterpiece. Prices vary | Maximum 30 guests

Line Dancing Lesson

Our fun and entertaining line dance class will have your team moving together in sync!

Yoga

Yoga improves strength, balance, and mindfulness through slow, intentional movement and deep breathing. This all-levels class boosts circulation and flexibility with a calming series of guided poses.
