Come join us for Golf Yoga, a sequence of low impact stretches to help improve your game and find balance in both the mind and the body. Find core stability to increase your golf swing, increase range of motion, build awareness of muscular imbalances, and prevent injury. Stretching will be done with use of a chair in addition to other provided tools.
